Each campus will curate and host events around a specific theme based on their academic specialization. JEFW 2025 is built on three core pillars:

• Competitions — Hands-on challenges to build and showcase entrepreneurial skills
• WIN Talks (Women in Innovation and New-Venture) — Motivational sessions by accomplished women entrepreneurs/leaders
• Startup Showcases — Live demonstrations and networking with emerging startups

JEFW 2025 will host unique competitions across various campuses, with each event designed around a theme aligned with the campus's academic strengths. WIN Talks: Women in Innovation and New-Venture

WIN Talks at JEFW 2025 will bring together inspiring women leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs who have carved out impactful journeys in their fields. These sessions are designed to motivate, educate, and empower students/ faculties/ research scholars by showcasing real-life stories of resilience, creativity, and leadership.
